Storage & Shelf Life
Our diced mutton is delivered fresh in an insulated box. They are butchered fresh to order and will arrive with a 7-day shelf life (including the day of delivery). We recommend for these to be stored below 4 degrees or alternatively, you can pop them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
How To Cook
We Recommend:
Brown the Mutton:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Season the diced mutton with salt and pepper, then add it to the pot in batches (avoid overcrowding).
- Brown the meat on all sides, about 4-5 minutes per batch, to get a nice caramelised crust. Remove the browned mutton and set it aside.
