We have our own flock of sheep who roam our Soil Association certified organic family farm. As we've grown, we've created close bonds with local organic sheep farmers who ensure we are always able to meet your needs.
All our sheep are grass fed for life and never supplemented with any grain feed. This allows them grow slowly and naturally, just as nature intended.
By working with local farmers, we are helping to minimise the transportation time between the field and the abbatoir. This ensures less stress for the animal and a swift, respectful process.
Our farmers rear traditional British breeds such as Suffolks, Texels, Poll Dorsets and Scottish Blackfaces.
