A charcuterie board essential, Rare and Pasture's organic beef bresaola is produced using grass-fed beef from their herd of English Longhorn Cattle, raised slowly and naturally to create an incredibly rich and dense flavour.

Having gained numerous accolades, including a Taste of the West Gold award, the delicate, melt-in-the-mouth taste of this incredible bresaola speaks for itself, lightly cured with rosemary and air-dried for 3 months.
