Description

Our wild monkfish is really rather special; with firm, meaty yet sweet white flesh with a flavour akin to langoustines or scampi. Try wrapping with parma ham before cooking for a crispy coating, or griddling and serving with smooth lemon mash and a zingy salsa verde.
