Award-winning organic salami, made to a traditional Italian recipe using organic free-range pork from Rare and Pasture's Devon farm.

Complimented by the addition of fennel, the sweetness of the pork shines through, creating a lovely long lasting flavour.

Slice thinly and place on a decadent charcuterie board, or use as a topping for homemade pizza!
