This week is an exciting week - our veg boxes are filled to the brim with veggies grown here on (and in) home soil!

We love it when we can fill our boxes with British veg. There’s nothing quite like the taste of homegrown. The tomatoes feel plumper, the carrots taste sweeter and the mushrooms are filled with that unique savoury earthiness.

However, we do often struggle to rely solely on homegrown. This is because many varieties are just not happy growing in the UK (unless under plastic poly tunnels or heat lamps!) and after extreme weather like the heatwave we have just waved goodbye to, our lettuce would be limp and our potatoes petite. So take a browse this week and order your very own Great British Veg Box.
