Super tender sirloin steak from our organic grass fed beef sitting proudly atop a spicy and comforting bowl of beef bone broth and egg noodles. Nutritious comfort food at its finest.
Ingredients
-
2 Beef Sirloin Steaks
-
A bunch of Spring Onions
-
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
-
A squeeze of Lemon
-
500 ml Beef Bone Broth
-
1 Red Chilli, chopped
-
120g - 150g Noodles
-
Salt & Pepper
-
A pinch of Five Spice
-
1 tsp Mild Curry Powder
-
Sesame Oil
Directions
Drizzle some sesame oil into a deep pan and add the spices, crushed garlic, chopped chilli, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and some black pepper and turn on a medium heat. Add the bone broth after a minute or two and stir, turn heat down to low and add the noodles.
While the noodles cook through slowly, fry your steaks and cook to your preference, although we recommend grilling to medium rare then adding the juices to the broth of the soup.
Chop the green onions roughly and pop them into the soup mix.
Serve the steak sliced, sitting on top the of the noodle soup with pak choi (or long cut leeks work well too) on the side and you are in for a treat!
