Royal Regatta Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 35ml Earl Grey gin

  • 35ml apple juice

  • 100ml elderflower bubbly

  • 5 mint leaves

Directions

  1. Clap three mint leaves to extract their essential oils. Place in a shaker alongside the gin and apple juice and shake well for 10-15 seconds.

  2. Strain over ice in your glass of choice before adding the elderflower bubbly and garnishing with your remaining mint leaves.
