We're so spoiled by the availability of meat these days that it's easy to overlook the giblets, or consider them as offcuts. At Eversfield Organic, we couldn't disagree more. Duck giblets – the organ meats from the duck carcass – might be unfamiliar, but when you get to know them you'll discover they're bursting with rich flavour and loads of potential.
All of our Perkin ducks are locally reared in Devon’s Blackdown Hills, by working with a poultry specialist who has 40 years of experience running a Soil Association-certified farm, we know that our duck has been reared in a natural, high-welfare system. A natural diet, lots of exercise and the ability to swim, dabble and preen means our ducks are fit and healthy, with strong immune systems. We believe in using the most sustainable methods possible whilst organically rearing our birds; we aim to use as much of the carcass as possible, to reduce wastage.
This product has been previously frozen and therefore may defrost partially or fully on its way to you. Due to this it is not suitable for re-freezing.
