This award winning little number has quite the taste. The revered French chef Michel Roux has stated British cheese is often equal to Continental cheeses; and that was after trying this. He gave it the Best Organic Cheese trophy in The British Cheese Awards.

The curds are pressed then washed in cider every other day for 4 weeks (hence the name!) using cider made on their farm. Perfect with a fresh crusty loaf and some sweet, white grapes, you need to try this. Trust us.
