How To Cook
We recommend:
Serve at the Right Temperature
Room temperature: For the best flavour, serve country pâté at room temperature. Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop fully.
Slicing: Cut even slices or small portions using a sharp knife.
2. Pair It with Bread
Rustic bread: Serve it with good-quality crusty bread, like a baguette or sourdough, to balance the richness of the pâté. Toasted slices work well for extra texture.
Crackers: If you prefer something lighter, go for artisanal crackers or crostini.
