Chestnut and Bacon Stuffing Balls

Directions

1. Gently fry the chopped onions and bacon in a knob of butter until the onions are soft and translucent and the bacon is cooked. Set aside to cool.

2. Mix the remaining ingredients with the cooled onion and bacon in a bowl. Season and scrunch the mixture with your hands until well combined.

3. Using damp hands, roll the stuffing mixture into approximately 24 stuffing balls.

4. Cook at 180C / 160C fan in a roasting dish for 25 minutes
