How To Store
Our lamb mince is delivered fresh in an insulated box. They are butchered fresh to order and will arrive with a 7+ day shelf life (including the day of delivery). We recommend for these to be stored below 4 degrees or alternatively, you can pop them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
How To Cook

Pan-Frying Lamb & Mint Meatballs
Ingredients:
- Pre-bought lamb and mint meatballs
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat the Pan:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Cook the Meatballs:
- Place the meatballs in the pan in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch each other. Cook them for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes to brown all sides evenly.

Check Doneness:
- The meatballs are done when they are browned on the outside and have an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). You can also cut one open to check that it's fully cooked (no pink in the middle).

Serve:
- Serve with sides like mashed potatoes, couscous, or in a pita with tzatziki sauce and salad.
