How To Cook

We recommend:

Lobster Pasta

  • Ingredients:
    • 300g cooked wild lobster meat, chopped
    • 60g mayonnaise
    • 15g Dijon mustard
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 4 hot dog buns or split-top rolls
    • Butter for toasting
    • Lettuce or arugula (optional)
  • Preparation:
    1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; reserve some pasta water before draining.
    2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes; cook until softened.
    3. Add the lobster meat and white wine (if using); cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
    4. Toss the cooked pasta with the lobster mixture, lemon zest, and juice. Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a sauce.
    5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
