Shipping/ Delivery
Your order will arrive on your chosen delivery date at checkout. You will get an hours time-slot by 10am on the day of delivery. The box is a self-contained fridge and maintains fridge temperatures for 48 hours. All our boxes leave the evening before your delivery day, so your meat and fish will arrive in perfect condition (even if there's a delay with the courier).
No stress! Our boxes are designed for this. We know that things don't always go to plan, so we prepare for everything. If your parcel is delayed by the courier, our boxes will hold temperature until the following day. Please do contact our customer care team so we can track this for you.
We deliver to mainland UK and Scotland/ Highlands. Please allow 1 extra day for delivery to Scotland and Highlands.
Yes! Please contact our customer care team with your order number and new requested delivery date. Please try and contact us as early as possible. If your order as already been despatched, we will not be able to amend your delivery date.
Yes! and you can even amend this yourself via our "Manage my order" button on your confirmation email.
Not to worry! You can tell the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Our packaging is designed to hold a fridge temperature on the inside, so it can be left in a safe place outside. Just pop the contents in the fridge when you get home.

Absolutely! Freezing your turkey will not effect the quality. We just recommend freezing it as soon as you receive it and ensuring you bring it room temperature and pat dry before cooking. Just remember some of our big birds can take a couple of days to defrost!

Depending on delivery, we advise a delivery on or after the 19th will remain fresh with a minimum use by date of the 26th of December. Before the 19th, we recommend freezing. This will not affect the quality of the meat.
We recommend leaving your turkey in the bag that it has arrived in, with the bag still open. This allows airflow.
Either keep in the fridge (lower shelves better for the coldest temp) OR freeze but allow plenty of time to defrost and bring to room temperature.
No, our turkeys are ready to cook as they are. Cooking your bird to the right temperature is the best method. Washing your bird can cause bacteria to be splashed around your kitchen.
