Wool lining and iced gel packs keep orders chilled for 48 hours.Majority orders are despatched on a 24 hours service (excluding some postcodes), so please don’t be alarmed if your order arrives later in the day or occasionally delayed a day by the courier. Our packaging is designed for this.

Depending on delivery, we advise a delivery on or after the 19th will remain fresh with a minimum use by date of the 26thof December.Before the 19th, needs to be frozen. Freezing will not eaffect the quality of your meat.

Yes. Despite belief, freezing your organic meat will not affect the quality. Please however allow the meat to fully defrost and come to room temp before cooking.

This is completely normal, due to the natural growth of the bird without pesticides. Organic meat tends to have a stronger smell than conventional as we do not use any preservatives either.
