Easy Chilli Beef Burritos Recipe
Using our delicious Home Farm Kitchen Chunky Chilli Con Carne, this recipe is quick and simple. With the Chilli's smoky and slightly spicy flavour, these burritos are packed full of goodness, making for the perfect Mexican feast...
1 pack of Eversfield Organic Chunky Chilli con Carne
1 pack of tortilla wraps
500g of cooked rice
Cheddar cheese (grated)
Sour cream (optional)
1 ripe Avocado
2 plum tomatos (finely chopped)
½ a red onion (finely chopped)
The juice of ½ a lemon
½ tsp of chilli flakes

For the Burrito
Following the pack instructions, heat the tortilla wraps and Chunky Chilli Con Carne.
Place your wrap on a sheet of tin foil and in the centre spoon on some of the cooked rice (as little or as much as you want.)
On top of the rice, load on the Chunky Chilli Con Carne.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the warm chilli so it melts nicely.
Pile on some lettuce.
Then top with you guacamole (see how to make it below!), salsa and sour cream.
Carefully wrap up your burrito using the foil underneath to help make sure nothing slips out - don’t worry, this can get messy!
For the Guacamole
In a bowl, mash up the avocado.
Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, lemon juice, chilli flakes and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it all up.
Serve as a topping for your burrito or as a dip for tortilla chips!
