Maple & Thyme Roast Parsnips
Golden, sticky and delicious! This is a great way to upgrade your Christmas organic parsnips with some seasonal flavours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas mark 6.
Place parsnips into a large roasting tin and pour over the oil and maple syrup.
Add the thyme sprigs to the pan and toss until the parsnips are evenly coated.
Roast for 45 minutes until golden, sticky, and cooked through.
