At Eversfield, we’ve always been driven by a deep respect for the environment, animal welfare, and the belief that everyone should have access to real, nourishing food. For years, we’ve championed organic farming and traditional butchery methods — not because it’s trendy, but because it’s right. But in today’s financial climate, doing the right thing shouldn’t come at a premium.
That’s why we’re proud to introduce Eversfield Everyday — our brand-new affordable organic range. It’s our way of making organic more accessible than ever, without compromising on ethics, sustainability, or quality.
Why We Care
We know the cost of living crisis has affected nearly everyone. Inflation, rising bills, and the everyday squeeze mean people are having to make difficult decisions about what goes in their baskets and onto their plates. As a small, independent organic butchery, we hear you — and we’re listening.
Our mission has always been to connect people with truly good food. But good food shouldn’t only be for those who can afford a luxury. It should be part of everyday life — it should be everyday. And so Eversfield Everyday was born.
A Better Way to Shop
We believe organic food can, and should, compete with supermarket prices. Our new range uses ingredients and cuts that are often overlooked or misunderstood, allowing us to offer high-quality organic products at prices that make sense.
For example, we’re proud to feature:

Sow meat – meat from older female pigs who’ve naturally retired from breeding. Full of flavour and texture, sow meat is a staple in many parts of Europe and is slowly gaining the appreciation it deserves.

Retired dairy cow meat – incredibly rich and characterful, this beef rivals anything from younger cattle. It’s a favourite in high-end restaurants, yet remains affordable.
You may be surprised to know that supermarket meat already includes these types of meat — often without telling you. But where others may disguise it, we choose to celebrate it. Because when prepared and butchered properly, it’s not only delicious — it’s more sustainable and less wasteful.
