Ingredients

1 pouch of organic apple, miso and seaweed broth

140g tofu
-
2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Chilli flakes, a pinch
Directions
Cut the tofu into bitesize chunks
Heat the broth in a pan, once boiling reduce to a simmer
Add the chopped tofu and simmer for a couple of minutes
Add the sliced spring onions and serve immediately
Sprinkle a pinch of chilli flakes if using
