Our organic pork sausages are made with our own traditional recipe with a higher meat content than most sausages you'll find. This results in a truly meaty sausage with a good bite and full pork flavour.
We only ever use natural casings, so no need to prick our sausages before you cook them!
We'd happily eat these in a bap for breakfast smothered in ketchup or in a comforting toad-in-the-hole with lashings of rich onion gravy.
