Dry January Mocktail Recipes

Although there are lots of advantages to taking the challenge, January can feel like a long month without a little excitement in your glass. Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. Add the mint leaves, sliced lime and sugar water to a glass.
  2. Muddle until it’s well blended.
  3. Add The Original GIMBER and crushed ice to the glass.
  4. Top up with sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and dried ginger to serve.

 

GIMBER Apple Spritz

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. In a large container, mix the GIMBER with the apple juice and add the sage leaves.
  2. Leave to infuse and cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
  3. When ready to serve, mix well.
  4. Place ice cubes into a glass and pour the mixture in.
  5. Top up with a splash of sparkling water and enjoy.
