Our Home Farm Kitchen is at the forefront of providing you with delicious new ways to enjoy our Eversfield Organic produce. We’ve been working hard over the past few weeks to expand our Home Farm Kitchen range, which already includes organic chicken and beef bone broths and our chunky chili con carne and beef rendang ready meals and are happy to bring to you a range of ready-to-eat pastry products!
From sausage rolls, proper pasties and even an organic beef wellington right in time for Christmas, the range is full of British favourites given a signature Eversfield twist by our team of expert product developers.

Organic Beef Wellington
A quintessentially British dish, our organic beef wellington tastes as good as it looks. Crafted by hand and made to order by our Home Farm Kitchen team, this beautifully latticed Christmas centrepiece comprises of our finest quality grass-fed beef fillet surrounded by a layer of rich and flavoursome mushroom duxelles, all wrapped in a golden puff pastry. Slice through the crisp pastry to reveal perfection within and serve with lashings of gravy alongside your Christmas veg and trimmings for an unconventional, but completely delicious Christmas dinner.

Our Organic Sausage RollsA lunchtime favourite: the humble sausage roll. Whether you’re on the go or at home, taking a bite of warm golden pastry and rich, meaty filling makes for the perfect lunchtime. We bring the flavour; all you need to do is pop them in the oven to enjoy!
Keeping it simple is our classic pork sausage roll. Made using our organic pork sausage meat, lightly seasoned and delicious, wrapped in buttery traditional puff pastry, this tried and tested combination is utterly scrummy!

Whilst we love pork, we wanted to give our grass-fed beef and lamb a chance to shine too, which is why we’ve come up with two slightly less traditional ‘sausage’ rolls.
Our beef boerewors sausage roll takes inspiration from South African flavours, combining our succulent organic beef mince with spices such as cracked black pepper, all spice, coriander and nutmeg, for a slightly spicy kick of flavour to this tasty pastry treat.

Adding our grass-fed lamb into the mix we have our lamb and beef sujuk sausage roll. The flavours in this roll are influenced by the Middle East, mixing our beef and lamb mince with sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, sumac and cumin, for a wonderfully warming touch of spice in every bite.

We couldn’t let vegetarians miss out of the pastry fun! Our vegetarian roll is a delectable mix of organic pepper, spinach and tomato, mixed with creamy organic tofu and brown rice, and wrapped in flaky puff pastry. This wholesome veggie lunchtime treat is just as tasty as our meaty sausage rolls, packed full of flavour and seasoning.

Our Organic Proper Pasties
There’s nothing more stereotypically associated with our beloved west country than a proper pasty, which is why we had to put our own stamp on them.
Our proper steak pasty is full of our grass-fed steak, smothered in gravy with organic veg and potato, all encased in golden all-butter pastry. This wonderfully warming pasty makes for an amazing lunch either served alone or with a side of fresh market garden salad.
