Inspired by Anna Paul’s viral TikTok recipe, this dish is a bold and flavourful Turkish-inspired pasta bowl with a spicy beef topping, cooling yoghurt base, and a silky chilli oil drizzle. We’ve elevated it using our 100% organic, grass-fed Eversfield Organic beef mince — adding depth, quality, and ethical sourcing to every bite.

Ingredients

For the Mince:

  • 250g Eversfield Organic Beef Mince

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp tomato purée

For the Pasta:

  • 200g pasta of your choice (Anna used shell pasta – orzo, penne, or rigatoni also work well)

  • Salted boiling water

For the Yoghurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 small garlic clove, grated

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

For the Chilli Oil:

  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil

  • 1 tsp chilli flakes or Aleppo pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Optional: pinch of sumac or dried mint for garnish

Method

  1. Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook your pasta according to packet instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Make the garlic yoghurt
In a small bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, grated garlic, a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice (if using). Set aside at room temperature.

  3. Prepare the spiced beef
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Add Eversfield Organic beef mince and cook until browned. Stir in paprika, cumin, chilli flakes, salt, pepper, and tomato purée. Cook until rich, saucy, and fragrant (about 5–7 minutes).

  4. Make the chilli oil
In a small saucepan, melt butter or warm olive oil over low heat. Add chilli flakes and paprika. Let it bubble gently for 1–2 minutes to infuse — but don’t burn the spices. Remove from heat.

  5. Assemble your bowl

  • Start with a generous dollop of the garlic yoghurt spread on the base of your bowl.

  • Top with a serving of hot pasta.

  • Spoon the spicy beef mince over the pasta.

  • Drizzle the chilli oil over the top.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs, dried mint, or a sprinkle of sumac if you like.
