Slow-cooked on the BBQ, this pork belly recipe is worth the wait, creating gorgeously tender and smoky melt-in-the-mouth meat which will have you coming back for seconds!
Score the fat of your pork belly with a sharp knife and rub with olive oil all over.
Mix all the other ingredients together in a bowl to create your rub.
Evenly place the rub on a board/ tray then get your scored pork belly and rub it all over until it is nicely covered. Then place it in the fridge to sit whilst you prepare your BBQ.
Prepare your BBQ with charcoal and add wood chips for an extra smokey taste. One it has reached temperature place your pork belly onto the grill and slow cook for around 3 hours, turning occasionally, until it is cooked through.
Serve alongside other BBQ dishes and meats for a grilltastic feast!
