BBQ Pulled Pork Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 brioche buns

  • 1 Home Farm Kitchen BBQ pulled pork

  • 1 lettuce head, little gem

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 small red onion

Directions

  1. Empty the contents of the BBQ pulled pork into a saucepan alongside a splash of water. Simmer on medium heat for 6-8 minutes, ensuring the pork is thoroughly warmed through

  2. Slice your buns and butter handsomely. Toast on a griddle or frying pan at medium heat until crusty and golden

  3. Slice your red onion and your lettuce into whatever shapes you fancy

  4. Take your pulled pork off the heat and divide into four even portions. Begin assembling your burger. Make a bed of little gem lettuce atop the bottom bun. Top with pulled pork and some fresh onion.

  5. Feel free to add a homemade coleslaw or extra lashings of BBQ sauce if you’re feeling extravagant
