Malaysian Turkey Laksa Recipe
A unique dish made using our Organic Turkey. Serve into bowls and sprinkle with coriander and extra fresh chilli if you like it hot!
Fry the curry paste in a large saucepan just for a minute before adding the stock and bringing to the boil.
Add the turkey and cook for 5 minutes before popping in the rice noodles and peppers and cooking for 2-3 minutes more.
Add the beansprouts and coconut milk while simmering.
Season with lime juice, and a little sugar if desired, to taste.
Serve into bowls and sprinkle with coriander and extra fresh chilli if you like it hot!
