Baked Salmon with Thyme, Honey and Garlic

A simple combination of Omega-3 rich salmon and delicious honey, herbs and garlic for those days when you are short on time but don't want to compromise on taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 organic salmon fillets

  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 / 160 fan

  2. Line an oven dish with foil allowing enough to enclose the fillets

  3. In a small bowl mix the honey, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  4. Put your salmon in the foil lined dish and pour the honey mixture over the fillets. Fold the foil edges over the salmon to make a parcel

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Serve immediately
