If you’re not home, your order will be left in a safe place by the courier. All items are carefully packed in insulated packaging designed to keep your meat chilled and fresh for hours after delivery. We recommend refrigerating your order as soon as possible once you arrive home. If you have a preferred safe place, you can add delivery notes at checkout.

Yes, VIP access starts on 26th February 2026 for our Easter range. Some products are restricted for deliveries between 24th March and 2nd April.

Yes, you can do this up until 5-days before your delivery date. Please contact our customer care team to make any amendments.

Depending on delivery, we advise a delivery on or after the 31st of March will remain fresh with a minimum use by date of the 6th of April. Before the 31st, some products may need to be frozen. Freezing will not effect the quality of your meat.

Yes. Despite belief, freezing your organic meat will not affect the quality. Please however allow the meat to fully defrost and come to room temp before cooking.
