Thai Coconut Fish Stew

This recipe is a tasty twist on our fresh fish and is packed with nutritious ingredients including nourishing Ossa Organic Wild Fish Bone Broth.
Ingredients

1 pouch of Ossa Wild Fish Bone Broth

340g Wild Cod or Wild Fish Pie Mix

3 organic garlic cloves

3 organic shallots
-
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
-
1 can organic coconut milk
-
1/2 can of organic coconut cream

2 table spoons rice vinegar
-
2 lemongrass stalks, finely chopped
-
2-4 finely chopped chillies (depending on the desire for fire!)

1 tablespoon fish sauce

2 organic limes, finely grated zest from one of those limes

Handful of chopped fresh coriander

Handful of chopped fresh Thai sweet basil

Cooked rice, for serving
Directions
Heat the coconut oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic and gentle soften for 3-5 minutes
Pour and stir in the Ossa Fish Bone Broth, coconut milk and cream, lemongrass, chillies, vinegar, fish sauce, salt and lime zest and simmer for 10 minutes
Stir in the seafood and herbs and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add the lime juice just before serving and serve with rice.
