Ingredients
550g Home Farm Kitchen Lamb Tagine
150g rice
handful pomegranate seeds
handful ground almonds
½ lime, juiced
Directions
Cook rice according to pack instructions.
Meanwhile, empty the contents of the pack into a medium saucepan and bring to a medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Simmer until cooked through.
Drain the cooked rice and portion between two bowls. Top with the hot tagine, garnishing with pomegranate seeds, ground almonds and a squeeze of fresh lime.
