Ingredients
- 550g Home Farm Kitchen Lamb Tagine
- 150g rice
- handful pomegranate seeds
- handful ground almonds
- ½ lime, juiced
Directions
- Cook rice according to pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, empty the contents of the pack into a medium saucepan and bring to a medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Simmer until cooked through.
- Drain the cooked rice and portion between two bowls. Top with the hot tagine, garnishing with pomegranate seeds, ground almonds and a squeeze of fresh lime.
