🍗 1. One-Pan Organic Chicken Thigh Traybake
Time: 35 minutes
Feeds: 4–6
Ingredients:

6 Eversfield Organic chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
-
1 red onion, sliced
-
2 peppers, chopped
-
1 courgette, sliced
-
200g cherry tomatoes
-
3 garlic cloves, crushed
-
Olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano
Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss all veg and garlic in olive oil and spread on a baking tray.

Season chicken thighs and place on top of the veg.
-
Roast for 35–40 mins, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.

Serve with crusty bread or rice for a hearty, hands-off dinner.
🌮 2. Organic Beef Mince Tacos with Quick Slaw
Time: 25 minutes
Feeds: 4
Ingredients:

500g Eversfield Organic beef mince
-
1 onion, diced
-
2 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1 tbsp tomato purée
-
8 soft taco shells
-
For the slaw: shredded cabbage, grated carrot, a squeeze of lime, dash of olive oil
Method:

Sauté onion in a little oil, add mince and cook until browned.

Stir in paprika, cumin and tomato purée. Add a splash of water and simmer for 10 mins.

Mix slaw ingredients in a bowl.

Fill tacos with beef, top with slaw, and serve with yoghurt or guacamole.
Tip: For extra ease, swap tacos for wraps and let the kids build their own!
🍖 3. Sticky Organic Pork Sausages & Sweet Potato Mash
Time: 30 minutes
Feeds: 4
Ingredients:

8 Eversfield Organic pork sausages

3 tbsp honey
-
2 tsp mustard
-
4 sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped

Knob of butter, splash of milk
-
Frozen peas to serve
Method:

Cook sausages in the oven or air fryer until browned and cooked through (about 25 mins).

Meanwhile, boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash with butter and milk.

Mix honey and mustard, and brush over sausages for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Serve sausages on mash with a side of peas.
🥩 4. Speedy Organic Steak Stir-Fry
Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

400g Eversfield Organic sirloin steak, thinly sliced

2 bell peppers, sliced
-
1 onion, sliced
-
2 garlic cloves, grated
-
1 thumb ginger, grated
-
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
-
Cooked noodles or rice to serve
Method:

Sear steak strips quickly in a hot pan and set aside.

In the same pan, stir-fry veg, garlic and ginger for 5–6 mins.

Return steak to pan, add soy sauce, and toss to coat.

Serve over noodles or rice for a speedy supper.
🍔 5. Organic Burger Night with Homemade Wedges
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

4–6 Eversfield Organic beef burgers

Burger buns
-
Cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, condiments

4–5 large potatoes, cut into wedges

Olive oil, paprika, salt
Method:

Toss potato wedges with oil, paprika and salt. Bake at 200°C for 25–30 mins.

Grill or pan-fry burgers for 4–5 mins each side (or air fry).

Toast buns and load up with your favourite toppings.

Serve with crispy wedges and a green salad.
