Mr Organic's Spanish Beans with Tomatoes

A perfect dish for a quick dinner or a scrumptious, relaxed lunch. These delicious Spanish beans go perfectly on some lightly toasted bread or even on their own! Thanks to Mr Organic for the delicious recipe!
Ingredients

2 cans of Mr Organic pulses (mixed, red kidney beans, chickpeas or lentils)

2 cans Mr Organic chopped tomatoes

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 large handfuls spinach

1 tbsp Mr Organic extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp sweet smoked paprika

2 bay leaves

Sea salt and black pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion. Fry the onion whilst stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes.
Add the garlic, bay leaves and paprika into the pan and fry for another minute.
Then add the Mr Organic butter beans and plum tomatoes. Mix all together and add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Just before the dish is finished, add the spinach and allow it to wilt.
Serve and enjoy!
