How To Cook

We recommend:

Crab Salad

  • Ingredients:
    • Dressed wild crab meat
    • 1 avocado, diced
    • 1/2 cucumber, diced
    • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
    • Fresh herbs (such as dill, parsley, or chives), chopped
    • Lemon juice
    • Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper
  • Preparation:
    1. In a bowl, combine the dressed crab meat, avocado, cucumber, red onion, and herbs.
    2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Gently mix to combine, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
    4. Serve chilled on a bed of greens or in avocado halves.
