A quick mid-week meal that is full of flavour.

Heat the oil and add the anchovies and cook on a low heat for 3 minutes until they have dissolved. Add the chopped garlic and brown.
Add the chilli flakes and a handful of cherry tomatoes. Season with a little salt and pepper and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Grease a second frying pan with a little olive oil and season the sea bass with salt and pepper.
Cook the sea bass skin side down for 3 minutes and then turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Transfer the sea bass fillet to a plate and spoon the sauce over it. Finish with a sprinkling of dill on top.
