Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 20 mins
Serves: 2–3

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with chopped onion and oregano.

  2. Stuff the pepper halves generously with the mixture.

  3. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil and place in your air fryer basket.

  4. Air fry at 180°C for 18–20 minutes until the sausage meat is fully cooked and the peppers are soft.

  5. Optional: sprinkle with cheese and return to air fryer for 2 mins to melt.

Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 12 mins
Serves: 3–4

Method:

  1. Mix mince with spices and garlic. Season well.

  2. Shape into small oval patties (kofta-style).
