Quick & Easy Beef Stir Fry

A simple, flavour-packed dinner ready in just 15 minutes — perfect for busy weeknights. This recipe serves two.

Ingredients:

🥩 For the Stir-Fry:
• 400g Organic Beef Stir-Fry Strips 
• 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
• 1 tsp cornflour
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

🥄 For the Sauce (mix in a small bowl):
• 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• ½ tsp ginger purée
• A pinch of Chinese five spice
• Chilli flakes – to taste (it already includes one fresh chilli, so adjust to your heat preference!)


Method:

1️⃣ Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the beef strips, red pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the beef is browned and the vegetables start to soften.

2️⃣ Sprinkle over the cornflour and stir well to coat the beef and veg evenly.

3️⃣ Pour in the sauce and simmer for about 1 minute, or until it thickens and coats the stir-fry beautifully.


Serve immediately with rice or noodles, and enjoy! 🍚😋
Top with spring onions or sesame seeds for an extra crunch.
