Spicy and punchy, this Asian style glaze takes our wild slamon to the next level, especially when grilled over the BBQ on a warm summers evening.

Mix together the Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and zest, chilli, garlic and ginger in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Place your salmon fillets in a bowl with the marinade and leave for an hour whilst you prep the BBQ.
Allow your BBQ to get nice and hot before brushing with oil and taking your marinated salmon fillets, placing them skin down on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes until they look halfway cooked then flip.
Using the leftover marinade juices, brush your salmon with it whilst it continues cooking for a further 2-3 minutes until it is cooked through and the skin is nice and crispy.
Remove your salmon from the grill and serve!
