Our Organic Pork Stir Fry Strips are perfect for quick, flavour-packed meals, and this sticky Asian-inspired dish is a fantastic example of just how versatile they can be.

Made using a little improvisation and a handful of store cupboard ingredients, this recipe combines sweet, savoury, and warming flavours to create a delicious sticky glaze that coats every piece of tender organic pork.

Ingredients

  • 400g Organic Pork Stir Fry Strips
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp hot chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 dried red chilli, crushed
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Method

In a bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, honey, chilli sauce, and rice wine vinegar.

In a separate bowl, season the pork stir fry strips with the salt, pepper, and crushed chilli, tossing well to coat.

Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Cook the pork strips, working in batches if necessary, allowing them to brown on one side before turning. Once evenly coloured, remove from the pan and set aside.

Using the same pan, add the grated ginger and crushed garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to combine.

Return the pork to the pan and coat thoroughly in the sauce. Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes until the glaze becomes rich, thick, and beautifully sticky.

Serve immediately with steamed rice and sautéed greens.
