Organic Goose Fat – Unrendered
The secret to seriously crispy roast potatoes starts here. Our Organic Goose Fat is supplied raw and unrendered as a natural block, ready for you to prepare at home.
Simply cut the fat into smaller pieces and warm it gently until melted, then strain before using. Once rendered, it adds fantastic flavour and a beautifully golden finish to roast potatoes, vegetables, gravies and homemade savoury dishes.
Please note that this is a raw product and will arrive as solid goose fat, not ready-rendered fat in a jar.
