Homemade Barbecue Sauce

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients except the salt & pepper in a sauce pan over a low heat and stir gently.

2. Stir continously unti the suagr dissolves

3. Remove the heat, season well and leave to cool

4. Store in a clean lidded jar in the fridge for up to 4 weeks

5. Use to marinade chicken, pork and beef before barbecuing, dip your chips in it or dollop on to your burgers
