Prepared by our skilled butchers, the organic topside is a wonderfully lean and flavoursome joint that roasts and carves beautifully. Complete with chipolatas, streaky bacon and sage and onion sausage meat, this box contains everything you need for a traditional organic Christmas roast with beef as the main event.
Serves approximately 4–6 people.
