What’s Changing?
Until now, previously frozen items were labelled directly in the product name. While informative, this sometimes made browsing feel a little cluttered and inconsistent. To improve clarity and make our shop easier to explore, these items will now be marked with a clear “Previously Frozen” sticker on the product image instead of in the product title.
This small switch means you’ll be able to scan our products more easily — with clear visual cues that help you identify which products were previously frozen, without interrupting the flow of the page.
What’s Not Changing
Rest assured, nothing is changing about the products themselves. The quality, the organic standards, and the delicious taste remain exactly the same.
This update is purely about how we present information to you online.
During the Transition
Thank you for your patience while we change over product names and imagery. For a short period, you may notice a mixture of formats as the update completes behind the scenes.
A Quick Reminder on Storage & Shelf Life
We always encourage our customers to be aware of how best to store and enjoy their food. You’ll still find storage guidance and shelf life information in each product description — and for all previously frozen items, that shelf life is 3 days including the day of delivery.
